Sr. Test Engineer – CPaaS QA

The Sr. Test Engineer will ensure the quality and reliability of the SmartVault and OCMP platforms through comprehensive testing practices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute test plans and cases for manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
• Create and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, JMeter, or Cypress.
• Collaborate with development teams to address and resolve defects early.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test processes, results, and defect reports.
• Ensure platform compliance with industry quality standards.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, JMeter, Cypress) and scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and performance testing frameworks.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries for database testing.
Experience:
5+ years in QA engineering, with expertise in enterprise-grade platforms.
