Project Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and
delivery of AI-driven software projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical
foundation, proven project management experience, and a passion for driving cross-
functional teams toward success in a fast-paced and innovation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full project lifecycle from planning to execution to delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, QA, AI research, product, and
  customer success.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource
  allocation.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Drive agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog
  grooming.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and provide regular project
  updates.
• Manage scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Report project status, KPIs, and blockers to leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management within software/tech product
  companies.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience managing projects in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise product
  environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project).
• Technical background in software engineering or AI/ML is a strong plus.
• Experience working with platforms involving NLP, bots, messaging APIs, or enterprise
  SaaS.
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications.
