Platform Support SME

Job Description:
The Platform Support SME – L2 will serve as the subject matter expert for SmartVault and OCMP platforms, assisting the L2 team with complex technical issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on resolving escalated platform issues.
• Assist in root cause analysis and preventive measures.
• Train and mentor L2 support team members.
• Maintain a knowledge base for recurring platform issues and resolutions.
Required Skills:
• Deep technical knowledge of SmartVault and OCMP features, including Kafka, Redis, and databases.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting platform-specific issues.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Experience:
5+ years of platform support experience, with expertise in CPaaS systems.
