The Sr. Technical Lead will act as a technical authority, mentoring teams and solving complex challenges to ensure the delivery of robust solutions for the SmartVault and OCMP platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of backend and frontend modules.
• Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with architectural goals.
• Conduct code reviews and promote adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues.
Required Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Java, Node.js, Kafka, and Redis.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
