Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager will oversee engineering teams working on the SmartVault and OCMP platforms, ensuring seamless delivery, resource allocation, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities:
• Lead engineering teams and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and align priorities.
• Monitor team performance and mentor engineers for growth.
• Implement and oversee SDLC processes, CI/CD practices, and coding standards.
• Manage resource allocation and resolve technical bottlenecks.
• Conduct regular stakeholder updates and manage risk assessments.
Required Skills:
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Expertise in backend and frontend technologies such as Java, Node.js, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of DevOps and agile methodologies.
Experience:
8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
